A new take on productivity training ...
This 3-hour productivity workshop and 30-day one-on-one accountability coaching program from the authors of the award-winning book, I Don't Have Time, is busting the myth that we need more time to get things done.
The session is for your organisation if:
- Your team is chasing their tail at work
- There are ever-growing work piles and a fear that things are falling through the cracks
- Little jobs trump the big ones and people are not tackling their most important projects

Workshop
Explore seven common pitfalls that stop us achieving what we could each day. Using a combination of storytelling and personal-development theory and research we will explore how we hold ourselves back through:
- Overwhelm
- Procrastination
- Perfectionism
- ‘Comparisonitis’
- Impostor Syndrome
- Fear of Failure
- Fear of Success
In the 3-hour session you will learn:
- How to recognise the mindset gremlins wreaking havoc with your productivity and what this is costing you
- Why ‘enough’ is a decision, not an amount (and when to call it)
- How to flick the procrastination switch, unlock greater energy and focus and get more done, faster
- Why the ‘curse of lovely’ and other workplace pitfalls are costing you productivity
- How to embrace the power of small steps in getting things done (in 15 minutes, or just 1/100th of your day)
- How to feel empowered to move through tasks more quickly
- How to create time and space for health and wellbeing

Coaching
After the workshop, attendees may choose to access a bonus 30 days of individual Fast Forward Coaching. This program accelerates productivity with unlimited 15-minute accountability check-ins (over Zoom).
In each session you will:
- Check in on your progress
- Get clear on your next steps
- Set manageable commitments
Book in another session as soon as you’ve achieved the tasks you’ve committed to. Use the sessions as often as you like to stay focused.
Over the next 30 days, you’ll:
- Understand your relationship with time and how this influences productivity
- Learn practical application of mindset / approach in the workplace, with individual coaching support
- Reduce overwhelm and procrastination by applying simple strategies and new ways of thinking
- Understand how little time some tasks really take to complete and use this to get more done during the day
- Have an external ‘sounding board’ to help with productivity challenges
All attendees receive a signed copy of our book, I Don't Have Time

This is for you if any of these resonate ...

You think you're not enough
You’re worried you’re falling behind, or below expectations. You’re holding back in case you fail. You’re scared you don’t know what you’re doing and you’re going to be found out.

You think you're on your own
Everyone’s relying on you, and you struggle to ask for help. You’re overwhelmed with all you have to do. There’s so much on your list, you can’t seem to get on with anything. You find it hard to say ‘no’, and you’re exhausted.

You think you've got to get it right
You always give 100% on everything. You procrastinate in case you get it wrong. You second-guess your work and your decisions. If you can’t get it right, there’s no point trying.

You’re feeling stuck
You’re avoiding the next step and scared of change. You can’t let people down. You wish things were different, but you don't know where to start. It feels like clarity on this would make all the difference.

You’re worried it’s too late
Maybe you've let opportunities pass you by. You’ve got unfulfilled career aspirations yet you're reluctant to put your hat in the ring. You’re worried of people’s judgement — particularly if you fail. You’ve been in your comfort zone so long you’ve lost the way out.

You thought it was just you
No-one knows about your secret struggles. Everyone else seems to have an easier time. You’re tired of measuring yourself against other people and wishing things would change. You’re ready to make a difference, in manageable steps.
