Since 2009, Audrey Thomas and Emma Grey have been helping busy women clarify their goals, beat mindset gremlins like overwhelm, procrastination and fear of failure and enhance productivity. They’re co-authors of the book, I Don’t Have Time (Exisle, 2017) and an upcoming title, The Reinvention Project: Because life’s too short to faff about.

Together, they created the popular and life-changing My 15 Minutes online program in 2013 and work with clients from around the world in their 12-month unlimited accountability coaching program, Fast Forward Coaching.
